By searching an index, you are able to select 'refereed publications' as part of your search and do select the option for 'full text' as well. You can also browse journals that are appropriate for this paper and narrow your search to specific journals. I recommend California Management Review, Journal of Vocational Behavior, Journal of Applied Psychology, Personnel Psychology, Harvard Business Review and Sloan Management Review as a start.
